Status / How we check
How the checks work
This page is deliberately simple. Here is exactly what it does, so you can decide how much to trust it.
What is checked
- Panel website: an HTTP GET of
https://smmfollows.com/. Up means a 200 response. - API v2: an HTTP POST to
https://smmfollows.com/api/v2withaction=balanceand no key. The API answers{"error": "Invalid API key"}; that JSON answer is the proof the API is serving requests. A 5xx, a timeout or a non-JSON body counts as down.
From where, how often
From a server in a different data centre than the panel, every five minutes. A failed check is retried once after five seconds before it counts, so a single dropped packet doesn't show as an outage.
What the colours mean
- Operational: answered within 3 seconds.
- Degraded: answered, but slower than 3 seconds.
- Outage: no valid answer after the retry.
Daily bars are green at 99.9% or better, amber down to 98%, red below that. Grey means no data for that day yet; history started when this page launched.
What it doesn't tell you
- Whether a specific service is delivering at its normal speed. That depends on the service and the platform; see its description on the panel and the help center.
- Whether sign-in or payments work end to end. We check that the front door opens, not every room.
- Problems between you and us (your ISP, a regional block). If this page is green and the panel won't load for you, try another network or a VPN before assuming an outage.
The data
The page reads /status.json, which the checker rewrites after every run. You're welcome to poll it yourself; once a minute is plenty.
curl -s https://smmfollows.live/status.json | head -c 300
